1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and kv33 ("kv33 ", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the kv33 website located at https://kv33.club and all associated services, games, betting markets, payment systems, promotional offers, and support channels (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the account registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or "Accept" checkbox, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

kv33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will display a notice on the Platform and update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register an account and use the kv33 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. kv33 operates a strict minimum age policy. Any player found to be under the age of 18 will have their account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual in a personal, non-commercial capacity, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from kv33 or any other online gaming platform through a self-exclusion request or a platform-initiated ban.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person for the purpose of gambling.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, officer, or director of kv33, nor are you a close family member of any such person, for the purposes of participating in real-money games.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.

kv33 may at any time request documentation to verify your age, identity, or location. Acceptable documents for age and identity verification include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the kv33 Platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the Platform. If you already hold an account and attempt to register a second, both accounts will be subject to review.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number registered with your preferred payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad). You must keep this information up to date at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kv33 account credentials, including your username and password. kv33 recommends that you use a strong, unique password and that you never share your login details with any other person. kv33 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify kv33 support immediately at [email protected]. kv33 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to safe and responsible gaming, kv33 may conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks at any stage of the account lifecycle — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, following unusual account activity, or upon reaching certain deposit thresholds. KYC documentation may include proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to pass KYC checks within the required timeframe may have withdrawals withheld until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kv33 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, and international cards via Visa and Mastercard. All transactions on the kv33 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). kv33 does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency or any other non-BDT currency at this time.

4.2 Deposit Policy

Deposits are credited to your kv33 wallet promptly following confirmation from your payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. kv33 does not charge processing fees on deposits, however your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges.

All funds deposited into your kv33 account must belong to you and must be deposited from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to a third party will be returned where possible and may trigger a KYC review or account suspension.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of withdrawal request. Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and your identity must have been verified to kv33's satisfaction.

kv33 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Actual receipt of funds depends on your payment provider's processing times. In cases where additional verification is required, processing may take longer. kv33 is not liable for delays caused by your payment provider's own processing schedules.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

kv33 is committed to preventing the use of the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. We may delay, suspend, or refuse any transaction that we reasonably suspect is connected to unlawful activity. In such cases, kv33 may be required to report the transaction to relevant authorities without notifying the account holder.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

kv33 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time the offer is presented, which form part of these Terms.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by kv33 are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement within this window will be removed from your account automatically.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

kv33 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, colluding with other players, or exploiting technical errors in the Platform.

5.3 Promotional Changes

kv33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that doing so does not materially affect bonuses that a player has already begun wagering. Current and upcoming promotions are listed on the Platform and are updated regularly to reflect seasonal events including BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh campaigns.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the kv33 Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the Platform only for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where appropriate:

• Fraudulent activity: Providing false identification documents, misrepresenting your identity, or attempting to deceive kv33 or its payment partners in any way.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit game mechanics, or share information in a way that provides an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, bKash, Nagad, or any other payment provider in respect of a kv33 deposit, except where you have first raised the matter with kv33 support and received no adequate resolution.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, game exploits, artificial intelligence tools, or any third-party software designed to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform as a vehicle to launder funds, cycle deposits and withdrawals for non-gaming purposes, or conduct any transaction connected to criminal proceeds.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour: Using threatening, harassing, or abusive language toward kv33 staff, agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access another player's account, circumvent security measures, or interfere with the normal operation of the Platform's software or infrastructure.

kv33 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension and fund withholding — upon detecting or receiving credible reports of any of the above activities, pending a full investigation.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the kv33 Platform — including but not limited to the kv33 brand name and logo, website design, user interface layouts, graphics, text, game artwork, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of kv33 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; or use the kv33 brand name or logo in any manner without prior written consent from kv33.

Game titles, logos, and artwork provided by third-party game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remain the intellectual property of those respective studios and are used by kv33 under licence. kv33 makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request to close your kv33 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, kv33 will process any pending withdrawals of legitimate real-money funds (i.e., funds not subject to an incomplete wagering requirement) within a reasonable timeframe. Any bonus funds or winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

8.2 Suspension & Closure by kv33

kv33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, under the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; engagement in prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 6; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or where required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that they need a break from gaming — whether for a short period or permanently — may request a self-exclusion through kv33's Responsible Gaming tools or via our support team. Self-exclusion requests are honoured promptly and without question. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or receive promotional communications from kv33. 8.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. kv33 will make reasonable attempts to notify you by email before an account is classified as inactive. Balances in inactive accounts remain the property of the player and will be returned upon successful identity verification if the player subsequently makes contact with kv33 support.
